Meet the Baker
My name is Annie Nordlund and I have a huge passion for baking and creating custom desserts.
I’m 22 and I was born and raised here in ND.
I have Lyme Disease which affects a lot of my life! Because of my condition, I have developed gluten and dairy allergies - making it my goal to create desserts everyone can enjoy!

i have been professionally baking for 6 years and counting! I have had an LLC for 2!

North Dakota food laws only require that I state “This product is made in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the state or local health department.” in all of my products!
I can reassure you though, I work in a clean kitchen with clean hands. I work very hard to keep everything as sterile as possible.
For those with a severe allergy, I sterilize my kitchen and tools thoroughly - but please eat at your own risk!

i get countless orders that have a specific allergies, i clean my kitchen thoroughly, wash my hands often, sanitize my tools and bowls and even use my dehumidifier for peanut and wheat allergies.
